This week we received a sample of a really exciting new product from Letraset; the new Neon Markers.
So we couldn’t think of anything better than to write a review and give one lucky reader the chance to win a set!
BTW If you’d like to just skip to the competition you’ll find details on how to enter at the bottom of this post 😛
The new markers come in 6 different neon shades and are great for touching up artwork, we found them especially fun for adding vibrant highlights to manga/anime. They use extremely high quality water based ink, are pigmented and lightfast.
Here’s an image of the full 6 pen set:
The pens feature a casing similar to the famous Promarker but you get two round nibs of different sizes instead of one chisel. This actually makes the pens easier to use, especially for adding highlights or a general touch of neon funkyness to any artwork! 🙂
Below is an image of the pens showing both nibs:
A nice edition to these pens is the coloured end dots on the caps, this is great if you like to store your pens in any kind of rack or tub where only the end of the pen is visible. We love the optional end dot sets you can buy for the Promarker range but it’s really nice to see them included on these as standard! 🙂
The last image I’d like to share with you is a shot of how the colours look on paper. The picture really doesn’t do the colours justice, as they are BRIGHT but it will give you a rough idea of the shades.
How to win your own Neon Marker set!
We love giving our customers the chance to win awesome prizes so we thought this would be a great opportunity to put a set of these new neon markers up for grabs. All you have to do to enter is join our newsletter, you’ll find a form in the right column—————>
We’ll be picking a winner at random on the 31st of September!
